ReconcileCSV matches payout reports from Stripe, PayPal, Square, Shopify, or any processor that exports a date and an amount against bank statement lines, within a date window the user controls. Amounts that agree are cleared automatically. Deposits that arrive net of fees are matched and labeled rather than left as false mismatches, and payouts still in transit are identified as such. What remains is a short exception list that can actually be worked, and the finished reconciliation exports as a ledger. Everything runs in the browser. Client bank data is never uploaded and there is no server holding financial records; after the page loads the tool works with the internet disconnected. Pricing is a single $39 payment for unlimited reconciliations across unlimited clients. There is no subscription, no account, and no per-client charge.
