Mavuro is a bookkeeping app for German small-business owners under §19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung), freelancers and side businesses. It records income and expenses, scans receipts from photos, PDFs or e-invoices, and creates invoices with a payment QR code. A threshold tracker warns when turnover reaches 80 % of the §19 limit. Payment reminders and dunning letters are sent directly from the app, recurring invoices reduce manual entry. At year end, Mavuro prepares the figures for the Anlage EÜR for transfer to ELSTER. Without an account, data stays on the device; with an account it syncs between iPhone, iPad and the web app (servers in Frankfurt am Main).
