A serious lending core with practical, controlled AI
As a CTO, I care less about an impressive AI demonstration and more about whether the underlying lending system is dependable. Lokta gets that balance right.
The core LMS provides the operational foundation we expect from a lending system, while the configuration model is detailed enough to support different products and policies. The Loan Product Studio makes configuration decisions explicit and reviewable, which is important when technology, product, operations, and risk teams need to work together.
The AI is useful because it operates within the lending workflow and does not try to rewrite the core system of record. For reconciliation it has worked without creating another technical layer for users to manage.

What stands out for me is the balance between ease of use and configuration depth. Our business users can manage their everyday work without needing constant support from the technology team, while the administrative side gives us the controls needed for real lending operations.
The Loan Product Studio is particularly useful because it brings the important product parameters together instead of spreading them across different screens and systems.
We have used it for configuring our Personal Loan product line, and the level of detail is reassuring
The core Loan Management System feels robust and dependable for day-to-day operations. The AI is also integrated into the workflow rather than feeling like a separate experiment. Our users can benefit from it without having to learn prompting or operate another tool.
