The platform consolidates verification, document management, and deal tracking into a unified workspace. Company verification maps corporate registration, director identities, and ownership structures. Sanctions screening runs across global regulatory databases and re-screens as lists update. KYC checks for traders and directors include passport verification, liveness checks, and PEP screening. AI tools validate trade documents such as Bills of Lading and Certificates of Origin by cross-referencing issuing authorities. The platform provides risk scoring, transparency ratings, and deal visibility with audit trails. Invited counterparties access deal-specific workspaces at no cost.
