LocalReply NL is an online service for local businesses in the Netherlands that want to keep up with and respond to their Google reviews. After a Google Business Profile is connected, LocalReply monitors new reviews, analyses their content and drafts a reply in the chosen tone of voice. New accounts approve every reply themselves first. With separate permission, LocalReply can answer suitable four- and five-star reviews automatically. Reviews of one to three stars are never answered automatically: the owner is notified and can have a private draft prepared, edit it and post it themselves. Dutch reviews get a Dutch reply; reviews in other languages get an English one. LocalReply also offers a free generator for QR cards that take customers to the business's Google review form. A free account and a demo are available. The subscription costs EUR 19 per month excluding VAT per Google Business Profile and can be cancelled monthly. The service is in Dutch.
