LocalRec is a Canadian sports facility booking and management platform designed to help sports facilities simplify operations, manage reservations, and make it easier for customers to book and play. With LocalRec Facility OS, facility owners and managers can manage fields, courts, gyms, and other rentable spaces from one centralized system. The platform includes online booking pages, real-time availability, scheduling, customer management, payments, staff access, waivers, and cancellation management. LocalRec supports flexible facility configurations, including full fields, half fields, multiple courts, and shared spaces. Its scheduling system helps prevent double bookings while allowing staff to manage online, phone, and walk-in reservations from the same calendar. What makes LocalRec different is its connection to the LocalRec player app. Players can discover recreational sports, book facilities, organize pickup games, invite participants, and manage game rosters, helping connect sports facilities with their local communities. Built for indoor sports centres, soccer facilities, basketball courts, pickleball venues, multi-sport gyms, and other recreational spaces, LocalRec aims to make running a sports facility simpler while making recreational sports more accessible.
