What I love most about Localize Lab is their incredible speed and top-notch customer support. They consistently delivered on time, even with tight deadlines, and never once did we feel like quality was compromised. Their team was always just a call or email away, ready to help with any questions or concerns we had. It felt like they were as invested in our success as we were.

Communication was key. After our initial meeting they really ran with the ball and helped us design a workflow that made everything perfectly streamlined. Thanks to our improved system we really were able to get all of our languages done in the blink of an eye. With the amount of lines that each of our characters had, I was surprised to say the least. It goes without saying that their QA team was on point and got us to the finish line with only a bit of back and forth They were also quick to answer questions as they popped up, and had no problem adapting to our content pipeline (which admittedly was not in great shape when we first contacted Localize Lab). After the project was complete, we got amazing feedback from new players! I would highly recommend Localize Lab to anyone looking for premium translations at a very reasonable rate.
