I really appreciate Localith for two main reasons. First, the AI Reply Agent is a game-changer. It drafts review responses that actually sound like the business, which I can just approve instead of starting from scratch each time. This helps me handle my clients' Google business profiles with ease. Second, the bulk publishing and editing feature is fantastic. It lets me post updates and make profile changes across several profiles in one go, saving me from the tedious task of logging into separate accounts for each client. Localith also supports bulk uploading and scheduling posts ahead using CSV files, which is something I couldn't do with Localo. Additionally, the setup process was straightforward and quick, with their team helping every step of the way. They even fixed issues rapidly when I pointed them out, showing that they really listen to customers and continuously improve the tool.

AI Reviews automation is very useful for our customers

I like Localith because I can automate the process of replying to reviews, which saves me a lot of time. The initial setup was not too bad, and it's the first company I've used to automate replies for Google reviews.
