We have multiple branches so I love the ability to do quick bulk edits for multiple listings (not one listing on multiple platforms) like updating hours or logos. Pricing, dashboard, ease of use and analytics were also great so it was an easy sell to my organization. I love that it tracks listing analytics such as keywords, views, how many got driving directions. It also tracks competitor ratings which is great. It has integrations with multiple of the most used local business network platforms so it really is a one-stop platform for any organization that has at least a physical presence anywhere. Customer support is also top-notch.
