LoadSnap is waste management software for UK skip hire firms, waste carriers and transfer stations. This app is the part your team uses away from a desk. Everyone sees what their job needs: collecting, taking loads in, or both.
On the road
- See your jobs for the day in order, with the address, the customer and what you are collecting.
- Swipe through the daily vehicle check one item at a time, and record any defect with a photo.
- Photograph the load, get the customer's signature and complete the transfer note on the spot.
- Where a job is paid on collection, show the customer the code and they pay by card there and then.
At the gate
- Take loads in as they arrive. Enter the weighbridge weights and the app works out the net.
- Scan a paper transfer note and the app fills in the load for you to check.
- Every load keeps its transfer note, photos and weights together.
Back at the office
Everything you record goes straight to the office, so the paperwork is done by the time the vehicle is back. DEFRA's digital waste tracking applies to receiving sites from October 2026 and to carriers in 2027. LoadSnap already files to it, once each load has been checked.
