From the sidebar, reps can create a person, company, or deal directly from a profile. Before anything is saved, Ln2CRM matches the record against existing CRM data to prevent duplicates, and updates the existing record instead of creating a second one. When a contact is already in the CRM, the sidebar surfaces their history — notes, tasks, past activity, and deals — so the rep walks into a conversation with context instead of a blank slate.
Ln2CRM also includes an AI copilot that drafts follow-up messages grounded in the contact's CRM notes and history, and generates relevant comments for LinkedIn posts. Everything happens in the sidebar, alongside the profile, with no copy-paste and no tab-switching.
