Lixor is inventory management software built for bars, restaurants, and hospitality venues that stock beverages. The core counting method is voice: a staff member walks the shelves in a fixed order and says each bottle's remaining level out loud. Lixor records the number, reads it back for confirmation, and calculates the value of what's on hand. No barcode scanning is required to take a count (a barcode scan is used once, at setup, to add a new bottle to the system).
Two other counting methods are available on paid plans: AI Analysis, where a photo of a shelf is used to read bottle levels, and an optional Bluetooth kitchen scale for exact-weight counts. Solo counts work offline, with no internet connection required.
Multiple staff members can count the same venue at once, with manager oversight and role-based permissions (owner, admin, manager, staff, viewer). An in-app assistant called Lix answers questions about how to use the app and, for organizations with a point-of-sale system connected, can answer directly from that organization's own sales and inventory data.
On the Premium plan, Lixor connects to a point-of-sale system to calculate variance (the difference between what was sold and what inventory shows was used), pour cost, and "dead money" (inventory value sitting unsold on the shelf). Invoice scanning and delivery receiving are available in the mobile app.
Lixor is available on iPhone, Android, and a web dashboard. A 30-day free trial is available with no credit card required.
