LiteHQ is the operating system for coworking and flexible workspace operators. Bookings, billing, members, companies, visitors and token-based credits live in one system, so front desk and finance teams work from the same records.
Operators can manage multiple locations, facilities and member companies. Booking rules handle policies, limits and quotas per resource. Stripe Connect supports payments, Xero supports invoicing and reconciliation, and integrations include ezeep and Google Calendar.
The Business Plan is USD 99 per month with unlimited members, locations and bookings, and every shipped integration included. There are no per-seat fees or per-booking LiteHQ platform fees. The plan is month-to-month and can be canceled at any time. There is no free tier or trial.
