As a Transaction Coordinator, I found ListedKit to be invaluable. ListedKit makes working a transaction very easy. It removes the constant worry that I forgot something and the endless searching for documents and double-checking myself. ListedKit is like having an assistant at my fingertips that not only checks the incoming documents for compliance but also stays on top of my emails and suggests things that it can do for me. This saves me hours every day. Opening a new file is very quick and easy. ListedKit automatically gets contact information from the documents, saving me the time of finding the information and entering it. ListedKit also sets all timelines accurately and adds them to my calendar. Overall, ListedKit saves me a lot of time opening a file. There is Summary sheet also provided and it can automatically be embedded in my opening email to all parties, or I can choose which parties I want it to go to. When I have a question, I just email ListedKit and I receive an answer within 24 hrs, usually within 12 hours. This is fantastic as it keeps me from being delayed in my work. It seems like the more work I allow ListedKit to do for me, the quicker it gets the job done. There are no lengthy delays with 'time outs'. ListedKit is a 'work machine'. I am amazed that the price to use ListedKit is still very low, in my opinion, for the services it provides and the work load it handles. In the 20+ years I have been a Transaction Coordinator, this is, by far, the best program I have ever used. I look forward to using it for a very long time and doubling my business with the assistance provided by ListedKit.
