Product personalization is a significant value proposition for my company. We use Liquifire to render real-time previews for custom engraving across hundreds of products and multiple websites. We are able to provide a myriad of personalization options including a wide selection of font choices, monogramming and custom messaging to our B2B and B2C customers. Being able to provide a live preview is uniquely important and allows the customer to hit the ‘add to cart’ button with confidence. The availability to make self-directed and immediate adjustments to data tables, masks and base images provides a high level of control. Their capable Support team is readily available to answer questions; provide guidance & best practices; and training whenever support is needed. Given our success with Liquid Pixels, we are inspired to develop new offerings that leverage the Liquifire OS. It is fully scalable and fully capable, and seems to be only fettered by our imagination.
