Stubie is quoting and order-management software for South African businesses. It reads emailed enquiries, including photos, PDFs and spreadsheets, and drafts quotes using the business’s own price list, quantity breaks and setup fees. Owners review and approve each quote. Customers accept on a hosted quote page and pay by card or Instant EFT through the business’s PayFast account, or by EFT with a unique order reference. Accepted quotes become invoices in Sage Business Cloud Accounting through its official API. Bob Go courier rates can be added to quotes and couriers booked at dispatch. Stubie supports English and Afrikaans enquiries for printing, signage, engineering, catering and events businesses. Setup assistance is included. WhatsApp support is coming soon.
