I appreciate the simple setup of Link11, which runs smoothly thanks to our consulting, and the continuous support from the manufacturer when needed. I find the Managed Service and the high degree of automation extremely valuable, as this reduces the administrative effort to a minimum once the platform is set up. The fact that the platform is 100% from Germany gives me additional confidence. I particularly appreciate the reduction of problems with unfriendly bots and the assurance of availability, which is especially important for customers with indispensable interfaces or important web content. Furthermore, I value the excellent usability, the comprehensive range of functions, and the direct contact with the manufacturer.
