LimOperations is software for limousine, black-car and chauffeur companies. It brings bookings, dispatch, drivers, vehicles, clients and invoices into one place, so the office and the drivers work from the same information. Create bookings by hand, from an online quote form on your website, or by turning a screenshot of a client's message into a booking. See the day on a calendar, assign a driver and vehicle, and follow each ride's status. Drivers get their rides on their phone, update the status as they go and file a daily report with odometer, fuel and receipts. Keep a profile for every client, including corporate accounts with their own passengers, and send one combined invoice for many rides with Canadian sales taxes worked out. Send rides to partner companies at a set transfer price when your fleet is full. Upcoming-ride reminders go out by text, WhatsApp or a Telegram group, and clients can get status texts. Webhooks connect bookings to Zapier, n8n and other tools. Owners see revenue, profit and results per vehicle, driver and client, and can get a weekly performance email. Office staff get their own dispatcher logins, and clients can have their own account to request rides. The Starter plan is free with unlimited bookings. Paid plans add dispatch, reporting and team features. LimOperations runs in the browser on computer, tablet and phone. It is made in Montréal for companies in Canada and the United States.
