The logic of creating in a workspace all the sections that are needed, in each section, being able to create the folders that are needed, and in each folder, placing all the apps that are needed, for example, several file apps for groups of files, several note apps for all the annotations that we normally have scattered across various devices, meeting whiteboards, task apps, etc., and, if you need it, links to other external apps that can be embedded in a web. All of this gains power when each of these apps can be transversal across the entire workspace or when they are shared with other users in the company.

My desktop is super messy, like beyond remedy. Full of apps, documents, links etc. Notes are kept in word documents with cryptic names. So LiftOS kind of gave me a second chance to keep my stuff in order. Every workstream, every project has its own space with notes and files all in order. When I need something, I search for it and LiftOS always finds it for me.
