Liefertreu is a supplier compliance platform for small and mid-sized companies documenting supply chain due diligence under the German Supply Chain Act (LkSG). Send standardized or custom questionnaires by email. Suppliers answer through a secure token link without an account, and automated reminders follow up on overdue submissions. AI checks free-text answers for plausibility and flags risks. Track certificates such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and SA8000 per supplier. Uploaded PDFs are read automatically to extract type, number and expiry date, then confirmed by the customer. Alerts go out 90, 30 and 7 days before expiry. Each supplier gets a compliance score from questionnaire results, certificate status, response behavior and trend. A full audit trail documents every action; evidence packages and reports export as PDF or Excel. Companies receiving questionnaires from their own customers answer faster using a knowledge base of past responses. Hosted in Germany, GDPR compliant.
