LiciRadar is a public tender search engine for Spain. It brings together tenders from the national Public Sector Procurement Platform (PLACSP), the regional platforms and minor contracts in one place, and emails each company the new tenders that match its business every morning, filtered by keywords, CPV codes, province, contract type or amount.
Every tender has its own page with documents, deadlines and, once awarded, who won, for how much and at what discount. Company and contracting-authority profiles show who wins what, helping SMEs and freelancers prepare better bids. Teams can share alerts and saved tenders, track competitors and see contracts about to expire. AI features analyse tender documents (eligibility, award criteria, guarantees) and help set up alerts.
