Lexio is a vehicle rental management platform for independent rental operators. It covers the full rental cycle in a single system: fleet records, availability planning, customer and driver verification, quotes, bookings, rental agreements, condition reports, deposits, payments, invoicing, traffic fines, claims, maintenance and profitability reporting. Lexio is built for operators running fleets from one vehicle to multi-branch companies. Bookings are managed from a day, week or month planning view with drag-and-drop editing and automatic double-booking prevention. Rental agreements are generated as PDF documents and signed electronically. Check-in and check-out condition reports capture timestamped photographs by vehicle zone, with annotation and side-by-side departure and return comparison. Billing is calculated from a configurable rate structure covering base rates, mileage packages, seasonal surcharges, duration discounts and rental options. Invoices are issued automatically once the return is signed and comply with the French Factur-X electronic invoicing standard. Traffic fines are tracked and rebilled to the responsible driver, and driver designation is filed through ANTAI. Fleet operations include maintenance and servicing schedules with alerts, insurance claim files, real-time GPS vehicle tracking, and profitability reporting covering total cost of ownership, breakeven and utilisation rates. Lexio integrates with Stripe for card payments and security deposit authorisations, Pennylane for accounting synchronisation, and Google, Apple and Outlook calendars. A REST API is available. Data is hosted in France and processed under GDPR. Existing fleet and customer records can be imported from spreadsheets by CSV.
