Building templates and customizing letters to customers is very easy and intuitve with LettrLabs. I like that you can have as many templates created as needed. They integrate with Zapier for easy data importing of contact information. It's a subscrition-based model that allows us to mix and match products (card sizes/styles) leveraging the monthly credits in our account, so I like that flexibility. They also offer a neat affiliate program for referring customers over, which can help with cost-savings. Very friendly account manager and prompt communication!

The customer service is terrific, and the tool is so much further along compared to other competitors. Being able to go in and rush an order out the door without talking to someone allows us to hit faster mail deadlines.

We used LettrLabs to print 7000 poscards to invite people at our conference booth. The quality of the print is amazing but bets part is hand-written text. Many people came to our booth with this postcard saying how nice it was to receive a hand-written postcard and felt obligates to sotp by :)
