Fourteen years on this product, four of them inside Oracle NetSuite's own Professional Services team. The work is mostly post-go-live: configuration, OpenAir scripting, NetSuite-to-SuiteProjects Pro integration troubleshooting, reporting, data migration, and administrator training — the ongoing support that implementation partners are not structured to provide. You work directly with the consultant doing the work.
