Sill CRM is a voice-first CRM built for field sales. Instead of typing notes into a CRM at the end of the day, reps debrief out loud on the drive to the next appointment, and Sill CRM turns that conversation into contacts, tasks, reminders, and a drafted follow-up email or text. The assistant interviews the rep with structured follow-up questions, extracting names, emails, dates, and deal signals with no forms, no fields, and no typing. Every spoken commitment becomes a scheduled reminder, task, or deadline before the next stop. When a gatekeeper hands over a name and email, the follow-up email is drafted before the rep leaves the parking lot, held for review rather than sent automatically. Sill CRM pairs with a vehicle's existing Bluetooth head unit and routes audio through the car's own speakers and microphone, so no extra hardware is required, and runs as a full app on iPhone anywhere. Currently in active beta with reps using it in the field. Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics sync are on the roadmap, with beta users voting on priority. LinePilot is the Kitchen Compliance Terminal - a wall-mounted Android terminal that replaces paper checklists in commercial kitchens, food trucks, school kitchens, and healthcare foodservice. Every task and temperature log is timestamped and photo-verified, so records are unfakeable and inspection-ready every shift. When the health inspector walks in, one tap emails them a full report in about a minute. The terminal texts the crew five minutes before a critical task is due and escalates to the owner if it is missed. Out-of-range temperatures trigger instant alerts before food is at risk. Core capabilities include HACCP digital logging, temperature monitoring with alerts, health inspection reporting, food handler certification tracking, kitchen checklist and task management, and an employee time clock.
