LedgerTome is an accounting software that converts bank and credit card statements from PDFs into structured data formats compatible with QuickBooks, Xero, Sage and many others. Using AI, it extracts transaction details like dates, descriptions, amounts, balances, and currencies, outputting files in QBO, QFX, OFX, QIF, MT940, CAMT.053, CSV, and Excel formats. The platform processes statements from financial institutions worldwide without templates, using OCR to handle scanned or photographed documents. Multi-page statements are consolidated, and the system supports multiple languages, including English, Spanish, French, and German. Validation tools flag discrepancies, while a multi-statement workflow merges files chronologically and resolves duplicates. An email-to-convert feature automates processing via a designated address. Files are encrypted during transmission and storage, deleted after seven days, and comply with GDPR, ensuring uploaded data is not used for AI training.
