Lebane is an AI-native operating system for construction companies and real estate developers in Latin America (Argentina and Mexico). Unlike traditional, rigid construction ERPs, Lebane is built for fast adoption — teams are typically live in weeks — and pairs an AI assistant (Lena, usable over WhatsApp) with the operational and financial control a developer actually needs. It centralizes the full project cycle: per-project budgets and real-vs-committed cost control, purchase orders and price lists, supplier accounts payable and payment orders, subcontractor contracts with progress certifications and tax withholdings, commercial management of units (pre-sales, prospects, collections), integrated accounting, and executive dashboards by project. Built for the local context (AFIP/ARCA in Argentina, SAT/CFDI in Mexico), it replaces spreadsheet chaos with real-time visibility of physical vs financial progress.
