OptiSync -Optimized Synchronisation is an operating layer for multichannel commerce. It connects supplier systems and product feeds to marketplaces, and brings product data, pricing, stock, listings, orders and fulfilment into one connected workflow. Most multichannel sellers run on separate supplier portals, spreadsheets, marketplace connectors and manual order handling. OptiSync replaces that patchwork with one system that covers the whole chain from supplier to customer: • Supplier ingestion – connects supplier REST and SOAP APIs, and XML, CSV and XLSX feeds, including scheduled imports • Product normalisation – maps identifiers, attributes, categories and images into one central catalogue • Content enrichment – generates and translates titles, descriptions and attributes per marketplace and language • Pricing and repricing – formula-based pricing rules and an automated repricer that respects margins • Channel publishing – publishes listings and keeps prices and stock in sync • Order routing and fulfilment – routes orders to the right supplier or warehouse and sends tracking back to each channel • Compliance – a rules engine and EU GPSR product-safety workflows OptiSync runs today in a live internal pilot in an established multichannel e-commerce operation, with real operational data. It publishes to Amazon and Kaufland, and has working supplier integrations with the wholesalers Nova Engel and Beauty Fort. Connectors for more marketplaces and webshop platforms, including eBay, Allegro, Cdiscount, Shopify and WooCommerce, are in development. OptiSync is built for marketplace sellers, dropshippers, webshop operators and suppliers managing growing multichannel catalogues. The product has not launched commercially yet. OptiSync is inviting a small group of early adopters and design partners to help shape it: optisync.net/early-access
