Learnmind builds bespoke AI communication systems for businesses that lose revenue between an enquiry arriving and someone answering it, and that have lead lists sitting idle. On the way in, an AI receptionist answers phone calls in under two seconds, around the clock, and can triage urgency rather than just take a message. AI agents handle WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook conversations instantly, in six languages. Comment automation replies to people commenting on paid ads, protecting the spend that put them there. On the way out, the same system runs marketing and activation campaigns on whichever channel a business wants to reach its customers on. It revives dormant enquiries, follows up leads that went quiet, and runs opt-in WhatsApp and Instagram campaigns, then handles every reply with the same AI that would have taken the original enquiry. In both directions the AI does the same job: qualify, answer questions from the business's own information rather than generic knowledge, book the appointment or sale, and hand to a human at the right moment with full context. Behind it sits an AI-first CRM that drafts replies, chases leads and surfaces who to contact next. Every deployment is built for the specific business rather than configured from a template, connects to the tools already in use, and goes live in about 14 days.
