AllMailFound is desktop search for classic Outlook on Windows, built for professionals and teams who keep years of mail in Outlook. It reads PST and OST files directly, works with Outlook closed, and indexes new mail within seconds while Outlook is open. Results appear as you type and include every match, with duplicates across folders and accounts collapsed, text inside Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, text and HTML attachments, and keyboard filters for sender, recipient, subject, folder, account, date and attachments. PST archives and folders of .eml, .msg or mbox mail can be added too. Everything runs on the user's PC: the index is encrypted with a key Windows protects for the Windows account, and there is no cloud service, account or AI model, so confidential mail never leaves the machine. A licence is a one-time purchase for two PCs with free upgrades for life, team licences with invoice payment are available, and the 7-day trial needs no credit card.
