Schedules are built around your field bookings, blackout dates and team availability, with single-elimination, double-elimination and pool-to-knockout playoff formats. A moved game updates every family’s calendar subscription.
Communications — Message a team, an age group or the whole league. Opt-outs are removed before a send, every address is followed to delivered or failed, and automated follow-ups stop the moment a family acts.
Safeguarding — A coach reaches a roster and its emergency details only while an approved background check is current, and access ends on the expiry date with thirty days’ warning. LeagueTitan never stores what a background check found — only the decision, the provider and the expiry date.
For families — One account covers every child and every league a family belongs to. Schedules, payments, RSVPs and team news work on any phone, with no app to download.
For the people who run it — Administrative access is scoped to one program rather than the whole organization, with separate registrar, treasurer and read-only board roles.
