LeadHound is an all-in-one automotive sales platform designed for independent and franchise dealerships. It consolidates the core tools used by dealership sales departments into a single web-based platform, eliminating the need for multiple disconnected software subscriptions.
The platform includes a CRM with built-in lead management, email, SMS, and click-to-call communication, task management, and a visual sales pipeline. It also includes an inventory management module with VIN decoding, vehicle syndication, pricing tools, a trade-in appraisal suite with live market comparables, and a desking calculator that pulls live lender programs, OEM incentives, and rates to support deal structuring and finance/lease calculations.
Data flows natively between modules. A trade-in captured on a customer's lead record can be pushed directly to the appraisal suite, where the manager receives a notification, completes the appraisal, and the resulting value automatically populates the deal calculation in the desking tool. If an ACV is updated during desking, the appraisal record updates automatically.
LeadHound is accessed entirely through a web browser with no desktop installation required.
