The main thing for us is being able to just throw every supply invoice into the chat and let the system handle the rest. Most of the year we only get a handful of bills a month, but once our peak months hit, we get slammed with a few hundred out of nowhere. Also, most of our crew isn't tech-savvy and definitely aren't accountants, but they can still drop paperwork in without needing me to hold their hand every time.

The bank feed connection has made reconciling our accounts much easier. It eliminates most of the manual invoice entry we used to do, and it’s helped speed up our weekly close.
