Lawcadia can be configured to work how your team works, you don't have to make your workflow fit the tool. The platform is very fast. Pricing has always been reasonable and transparent. Lawcadia is interested in our feedback and suggestions, incorporating many at no charge. Their support team knows our business and priorities, we don't have to explain every time. The system is extremely reliable - we have had no downtime, very few bugs or errors. Those we have encountered were resolved quickly. Some extra configurability options in the UI would lift this beyond all competitors I have seen.
