Laundromeda is laundry management software built inside a working commercial laundry in Florida (System Laundry Management Co, since 2007) and used there on every shift. One system runs the whole business: drop-off counter and ticket printing, wash-and-fold by the pound, dry-cleaning tickets with garment pictures, pickup and delivery routes with a driver app, and commercial linen with carts weighed in and out, drop-off slips and invoices by period. Behind the counter it handles the people and the money: a PIN time clock on a wall tablet, overtime and payroll reports, staffing-agency cost, sales vs labor per shift, expenses and cost per pound, QuickBooks Online export, and an equipment maintenance log with reminders. It runs in any browser on phones, tablets and computers - no hardware to buy, no setup fee and no charge per order, customer or user. Plans start at $59 per month (never more than $299), and every feature is free for the first 3 months.
