Latchkey is a managed CI platform for GitHub, built for teams and the coding agents that work alongside them.
Commit a workflow file at .latchkey/workflows/ci.yml and Latchkey runs it on every push and pull request on a fresh Linux VM, reporting results back as GitHub checks. It supports jobs and steps, matrix builds, needs: ordering, service containers such as Postgres and Redis, and encrypted secrets that reach only the step that names them. Pull requests from forks run sandboxed with no credentials. Teams that want to stay on GitHub Actions can use the same runners by changing one runs-on: line.
Every job heals transient failures mid-run. Registry timeouts, Docker pull rate limits, out-of-memory kills, full disks and missing tools are diagnosed (exit codes, then a pattern library, then a time-boxed AI stage) and repaired, and the step retries in place. Real failures such as compile errors and failing tests are never retried or hidden.
Coding agents get their own way in. A CLI (latchkey run) and a hosted MCP server let Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and other agents run any command on a fresh VM and get the real exit code, pull failure bundles with the root cause and logs, and work within dollar budgets. API keys are read-only by default.
AI Insight finds cost, speed and reliability problems and opens each fix as a pull request for your approval. Pricing is per minute from $0.0025, with a 30-day free trial and no credit card.
