Approved isn't paid. Lanyard Health is a credentialing and payer enrollment company for independent medical and behavioral health practices. We prepare and submit provider applications, follow up with payers until they decide, and keep going after approval, because a provider can be in-network and still collect nothing until deposits are set up. How it works: - A person reads every application before it goes out, and calls the payer when something stalls. - The software pulls provider details from CAQH, collects documents and tracks every enrollment's status. - You can see what's done, what's waiting, and who it's waiting on. We won't quote an approval date, because the payer owns that clock. After approval, we track each payment setup step (EFT, ERA and EDI enrollment, portal access), chase it with the payer, and set up what we can by hand. We also keep practices from quietly losing payments: CAQH reattestation, license and certification expirations, and directory details are tracked, with reminders well before anything lapses. Who it's for: independent practices without a credentialing department, including behavioral health, primary care, specialty and therapy practices. Most come to us when something changes: they're opening, hiring a new provider, starting to take insurance, or adding a payer.
