Laneworks answers freight quote requests for freight forwarders, NVOCCs and customs brokers. Your team forwards a customer's quote-request email (attachments and all) to your Laneworks address. About two minutes later the reply is ready, priced from your own rate sheet: ocean, air and LCL freight, origin and destination charges by Incoterm, delivery by postcode or ZIP zone, and customs clearance. Every line names the rate-sheet row it came from. The AI only reads the email. Prices come from your rates by fixed rules, and anything missing becomes a question for the customer instead of a guess. Switch on auto-reply and fully priced quotes go straight to your customer from your own mailbox, 24/7; anything unusual comes to your team as a ready-to-send draft.
