Lane Marshal plans the yard. It decides which vehicle goes on each job and where every vehicle parks, so the one needed next is never boxed in.
It's built for sites where vehicles park in lanes or stacked rows, and where getting the right one out on time is the whole job:
valet and airport parking
delivery and EV van depots
bus, coach and school transport depots
car rental branches and dealer compounds
You draw your site once: lanes, spaces and chargers. Then you import the day's bookings, routes or boards from a CSV export of the system you already use. Plan matches each vehicle to its job by type, fuel and charge, and gives every arriving vehicle a space that keeps it clear of vehicles leaving sooner. When a vehicle can't get out in time, Lane Marshal says why in plain English, for example "36103 is behind 36105, not out until 06:00 on board 3". Fix then lists the fewest moves that clear the way.
Planners print the day's sheet or put it on a wall screen. Yard staff record moves on their phones. Several office computers can share the same plan through sync.
Lane Marshal runs on Windows 10 and 11, works offline and keeps your data on your own computer. Pricing is one price per site, with every feature included, no setup fee and no contract. It's free for 14 days, with no card or account needed.
