Problem SolverGreat Land Records System if you have Division Orders in mind.
I have yet to see a system handle Division Order calculations as well as VLP does. If you put everything in, it just works.
Everything exports to Excel. Most systems will allow you to export some things, and it isn't necessarily the easiest this to seal with such a massive export, but it is great to have the flexibility afforded by the entire DB export to excel.

I prefer VLP over any other system
I've used a couple other land management systems and I have preferred VLP over them. I like that VLP is tract based but also able to keep track of leases, obligations, contracts, wells, DOI and chain of title. I like that upon logging in to VLP, it shows if you have obligations due.
