It is clear and you can quickly find your way around. The provided templates make it easier to get started. The option to test the bot during editing was very helpful.

My first time using it and it's super easy. It seems like everything forward like customer service will be great too. Landbot will be my main/default go-to tool for creating bots. I've never use a tool like this for hours. I was looking for a bot creator, stumble on Landbot and didn't search any further.
