ReorderOwl is an AI purchasing agent for retail, wholesale and manufacturing small and midsize businesses. It answers the weekly purchasing question, "what do we need to order?", from the data already in your ERP. How it works: - Ask in plain words in ChatGPT or Slack, for example "What do we need to order from Ironwell this week?" - ReorderOwl reads sales history by item, stock on hand, open purchase orders with expected arrivals, and vendor lead times from your ERP. - It replies with a short summary and an Excel order workbook. Every line shows the available stock, what is already on order, the sales forecast and the lead time next to the suggested quantity, so buyers can check the reasoning. - When the buyer agrees, ReorderOwl saves a draft purchase order for review and drafts the vendor email. Nothing is sent to a vendor until someone on your team sends it. - In Slack, teams can schedule a weekly reorder or a daily stock check, with results posted to their channel before the day starts.
