Lagerdrift is a cloud-based warehouse, inventory and tool management app for small to mid-sized businesses of every kind. It is used by tradespeople, workshops, construction firms, installers, manufacturers, transport and logistics companies, wholesalers and distributors, e-commerce and many others, from a two-person workshop to organisations with several sites. It is developed by Lager im Griff in Germany, where it is sold under that name, and is also available as Almacén OS in Spain. Your team gets real-time stock across every location, QR and barcode scanning from any phone, tool lending and reservations with a full history per tool, low-stock alerts, pick orders, paperless stock counts, purchase orders with supplier sources, user roles and permissions, and export to Excel and CSV. The Pro plan adds an open API with webhooks. Works on iOS, Android, in the browser and on handheld Android scanners. These are only some of the functions. The app has been developed together with its customers for more than ten years, and most of what it does today started as a request from a business using it.
