LabKitPro is a browser-based readiness workspace for testing and calibration
laboratories working toward or maintaining ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation.
Labs typically arrive with the same problems: they do not know which of the
standard's clauses they actually fail, their quality manual and procedure
templates are scattered across old files, internal audits are done from memory,
and uncertainty budgets are rebuilt by hand for every measurand. LabKitPro
addresses all four in one place, with no installation and no signup to see
results.
The toolkit is built around a shared lab profile — lab type, accreditation body,
scope and stage — that every module reuses, so the context is entered once.
Four modules cover the accreditation workflow end to end:
- Reality Diagnosis: a gap heat-map across the standard's clauses, ranked by
risk, with findings in plain language.
- Document Generation: editable Word document sets (quality manual, procedures,
records) that cite clause numbers for the selected accreditation body.
- Compliance Review: a 119-item internal checklist scored against the shared
context, so labs can self-assess before the real audit.
- Uncertainty: GUM and Monte Carlo uncertainty budgets per measurand, with
intermediate values shown.
Pricing is deliberately low-friction: the full calculation runs free with a
watermarked online preview, and only the final Word export is charged —
$1.90 for a single-element diagnosis, $4.90 for an uncertainty evaluation,
$9.90 for a full compliance review — with one-time Pro tiers for labs that
need repeated deliverables. Outputs are drafting aids that cite clause numbers;
labs finalise them with their assessor.
