LabelLogic is software for energy performance (EP) advisers and energy label firms in the Netherlands, built by EP advisers. Advisers draw the home on site with a Bosch Bluetooth laser. The app builds a 3D model, calculates the building envelope and usable floor area, and the survey form works offline. The home is then imported into VABI or Uniec 3, the Dutch NTA 8800 calculation tools, where the adviser calculates and registers the label as usual. LabelLogic handles everything after that: the label from EP-Online in the project file, the invoice to the client with iDEAL, a client portal, a partner portal for real estate agents, and the audit-proof file sent to the certification body. From the same survey, advisers create a NEN 2580 measurement report or a WWS rental points calculation in about 10 extra minutes. Free for managing projects and files.
