PatrolMark is an automated US trademark watch service operated by Lab7 Software. Every day it reads the USPTO's new-application publication and compares each filing against the marks you watch - by sound, by spelling, and by the goods and services covered - across a corpus of more than 5.4 million USPTO filings. Conflicts share sound more often than spelling, which is what a text search misses: KWIK finds QUICK. You are emailed only when a filing scores above your watch's alert threshold, and every alert carries the reasons behind the score. Coverage: USPTO federal applications only - no state registries, no common-law or web-use monitoring, no international registers, no human analyst review. Watching one mark is $12/month or $108/year; TTAB opposition and cancellation watching is priced separately.
