Kilometra is a mileage log app for the self-employed and small businesses in Switzerland. It records business trips automatically on the iPhone and turns them into a mileage log that meets the requirements of the Swiss Federal Tax Administration (ESTV). Trips start and end to the second with an iOS shortcut when the iPhone connects to the car via CarPlay or Bluetooth; without it, Kilometra detects trips from the motion sensors. After each trip you classify it as business, commute or private with one tap, also on the CarPlay screen. Every later correction is recorded in a change log, private trips are stored without addresses, and at year end Kilometra creates the tax PDF for all 26 cantons and compares the flat rate with the actual private use. Accountants get read-only access, CSV export and a web view are included. German, French, Italian and English. Data stored in the EU and Switzerland.
