My Nursery Manager is the digital diary and management platform for nurseries and daycare centres (ages 0–3), made in Spain by La Charca Software since 2016. Staff use it in any browser on any device, with nothing to install; families get everything in the free Nursery Parents app for iPhone and Android. It includes: a daily report for each child (meals, naps, nappies, notes; a whole class at once), private and class messages with files and voice notes, photo and video albums shared only with authorised families, calendar, circulars and documents, school menus by diet, child records (allergies, consents, authorised pick-up people), staff time clock with Excel export, role permissions and 8 languages. The platform and the families' app show each school's own logo. Data hosted in the European Union (OVHcloud, France), GDPR compliant, daily encrypted backups. Pricing: €33.00 a month up to 50 children, €48.75 a month up to 100 and €0.50 per child from 101 (VAT not included), with every feature, unlimited staff and families and 20 GB. 30-day free trial, no card, no minimum term.
