PunchLink is a French completion-management software for industrial projects. It links what other tools keep apart: a punch item opened on site weighs on the package's payment application (retention computed under NF P 03-001), conditions acceptance, and feeds the handover file compiled throughout the project — not the day before handover. Scope: schedule and physical progress (MS Project / Primavera import), budget, purchase orders and change orders (ERP/SAP import), punch items with a mandatory counter-photo on closure, test reports and commissioning, HSE (permits, qualifications, incidents), payment applications and retentions, handover file (DOE), defects-liability and performance warranties, executive view. Every action is time-stamped and signed; the audit log is kept for 10 years. Invited contractors are free and unlimited. The app works offline on mobile and desktop. Six interface languages (FR, EN, DE, IT, ES, PL). EU hosting, full data export at any time, contractual reversibility clause. The MCP connector is included in every plan: drive PunchLink from Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot or Cursor (create a punch item, upload a document, submit a payment application, query the handover file). PunchLink replaces neither the ERP nor CAD/BIM tools: it connects to them by import and replaces the DMS + punch-list spreadsheet + e-mail + WhatsApp combination.
