What I like most is how well the screens line up with the work I do each week. The tabs separate everything clearly—applications and to-dos in one place, Studio for building the programme, and then admin and reports—so I can go straight to the right area instead of digging through a long menu. In the site map, the pages appear in the same order applicants see, and I can drag a flow onto the page where it belongs.
The short “How this page works” tour, along with the help guide, got me through my first setup without needing extra support. Building a form is as simple as dragging fields into the right reading order, and the flow canvas works the same way for stages: I connect one step to the next, and applications are routed from there. One feature I didn’t expect to rely on so much is preview. I use it to check the form exactly as an applicant would before it goes live, and it’s reduced the number of “which box do I fill in?” emails.
